A pleasant surprise! I booked a room with a street view but got a room with a sea view and balcony at no extra cost. The staff were friendly and spoke English well. The location was perfect, with many attractions and good restaurants nearby. The hotel provided cold water refills, a blessing in Istanbul's climate. Breakfast on the rooftop terrace had a lovely view.
Minor downsides were the average wifi and breakfast, but still acceptable.

This hotel is a little gem in a superb location. The staff are friendly and helpful, always willing to go the extra mile to make your stay comfortable. The rooms may be small, but they have everything you need, including air conditioning and a fridge. Some rooms even have balconies with a great view of the Strait. And the best part? The breakfast served on the roof with a stunning view of the city.
Although there were a few minor issues, overall my stay at this hotel was fantastic.

I recently had a very enjoyable stay at a hotel in Istanbul. the location was fantastic, right in the heart of the old historical center. It was within walking distance of all the major attractions, like the Hagia Sophia and the Grand Bazaar. Plus, the rooms had a great view of The Bosporus Strait, which was an added bonus.
Everything was great and there was nothing that needed improvement.

The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, just a short walk to all the major attractions. The room had a fantastic view of the sea, which was a pleasant surprise. it was a great experience.
The breakfast options were a bit limited and got repetitive after a couple of days. It would have been nice to have more variety.

perfect location for a city tour, close to all sights. good breakfast, friendly staff. rooms are clean and quite comfortable. it is nice that during the day or in evening you can always have some tea or coffee for free at the room, where breakfast is served.
sea view room on the first floor actually has a railway view. and trains are really noisy!

I had a great stay at this hotel in Istanbul. The location was perfect, with all the major attractions just a short walk away. The view from my room was absolutely stunning, overlooking The Bosporus Strait. I loved having a balcony and a fridge in the room, which added to the convenience and comfort of my stay. The breakfast on the rooftop was a highlight, not only for the delicious food but also for the breathtaking view it offered. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met during my stay.
Everything was satisfactory during my stay.

During my Christmas stay, I enjoyed the breakfast spread which had freshly cooked pastries, eggs, and different types of cheese. the hotel's location was also convenient, just a few minutes away from major tourist attractions and public transportation. Lastly, I appreciated the warm and friendly staff who made me feel at home.
The room size was a bit small, but manageable. the noise from traffic outside was quite disruptive and made it hard for me to sleep at night.

The staff were very helpful and friendly, the location is great, breakfast quite varied and very tasty and the airport shuttle well organized. The room was clean.
I have booked a see view room and got street view room instead. The hotel should not advertise see view rooms and then say they don't have any available when you get there. They did offer one the next day, but changing rooms is too much trouble when you only stay for 2 nights. The lights in the room and the one in the toilet are somehow connected and you can't turn on the one in the bathroom without turning on the one in the room, which can be a bit inconvenient at night.

The staff were very helpful, especially the day and night managers.
It's too close to the railway tracks and the ceiling over the bathtub was too low for my companion
